Hello, and welcome to the Colorado Center for the Blind Alumni survey. We're gathering information to help us form an Alumni community that will best meet everyone's needs.

Please fill out the survey regardless of whether or not you want to join the alumni community. We value everyone's input. Also, this survey is how you can let us know whether you wish to join the community and/or organizing committee. We will not share your name or contact information outside of the organizing committee.

We are looking forward to your ideas and thoughts. We're very excited to form our Alumni community and can't wait for you to be a part of it.
